Result of the recent signing and cooperation agreement reached on 28 March between Canella Furniture and Royal Tapestry Factory in the promotion and international marketing, both firms will be present in the Salone Internazionale del Mobile Milan.

In this edition Canella has a double presence, in Hall 1 Stand D03 with its new collection Audere and in Hall 2 Stand B32 , where Babel and German collections take center stage.

This stand is where the Royal Tapestry Factory and the furniture company have merged their expertise in a spectacular office showroom. Along with a fine Boiserie size and a striking coffered ceiling , the Royal Factory exposes two pieces of high factory.

First, the Royal Tapestry Factory featured a neoclassical inspired rug inspired in Elisabethan and Alphonsine models with a full range of beatiful colours.

After the desk has opted to use a tapestry that recreates a typical hunting scene, performed per carton drawn by a contemporary painter of Goya, possibly Bayeau . This is a 20th century reproduction of a XVIII century paperboard, at which famous painters worked for the Royal Tapestry Factory .

Joint venture for 2014
The joint presence in Milan is the first of many actions that these two companies are planning . The two companies have much in common , as is the craftsmanship that characterizes them, and are positioned in a segment of very high customers.

After several meetings, the companies have already fixed collaboration lines to develop during 2014 , among which the joint marketing venture with conducting promotional and advertising or creating new products where the furniture combined with tapestries Royal Factory will be present.

In a time when the economic crisis has punished the different industries, such partnerships are vital , both to optimize resources and to increase the competitiveness of their products through differential values .

This differentiation is one of the strengths of this partnership , which is based on two pillars. On the one hand , the traditional character of both firms represents a commitment to quality and tradition in a time when industrialization and mechanization dominate the market.

Moreover, the ‘Made in Spain’ trademark aims to be another of the strengths of the alliance to differentiate themselves from international competition , which have in many cases a lower price on similar products , even in some cases to make exact copies cheaply.
